Your Skills & Experience
- Admin is your jam – it gets you more pumped than the latest Top40 hit.
- You get a kick out of color coding
- You’ve built systems that work so hard, that afternoon siesta can happen without anyone blinking an eye.
- You have experience working with clients…their lingo is your second language.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail (you notice when a pixel is off or a deadline is slipping).
- Excellent written and verbal communication—because projects run smoother when everyone’s on the same page.
- Familiarity with project management tools, especially ClickUp.
- Ability to manage multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
- Willingness to continually improve your industry knowledge.
- A problem-solver who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines.
- Basic understanding of web development platforms (Shopify, WordPress) is a plus.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, ClickUp and Slack
- A solid, high speed internet connection at home, for remote working
- Your own, reliable transport
Bonus points if you have…
- Experience working in a digital agency.
- A knack for improving processes and workflows.
- Have put together project proposals for clients.
- Have run presentations for clients.
- You can fly
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing web projects on time and within budget.
- Coordinate between clients, designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
- Identify potential problems and manage issues before they escalate.
- Keep clients updated with project progress and manage expectations.
- Maintain and update project management tools.
- Support senior project manager and contribute to process improvements.

- Location: Cape Town-based. In-person meeting every Monday at our Paarden Eiland office. Work remotely the rest of the week.
