Bella Bathrooms email open rate was boosted from 7% to 49% by implementing an email strategy consisting of win-back email campaigns, database clean ups and a series of A/B split tests.

Bella Bathrooms products and services are the epitome of creating a sanctuary in your personal space. Therefore, it was important to not only target users that are in their purchase journey but to also use social media to create a desire for the products.
With a generous combination of audience targeting and historic data, Bella Bathrooms’ Meta advertising moved from generating brand awareness into gathering online purchases for easy-use products and DIY endeavours. The strategy also focused on leveraging their brand awareness to convert leads and form submissions through the use of Meta Advertising. Lastly, we also leveraged new audiences to increase Bella Bathrooms email subscriptions. These campaigns were not general email subscription campaigns. Rather, the desired audience was carefully selected and targeted with tailored content that would motivate them to become paying customers.
