Access to Accounts and Initial Wellness Check

Content Creation Kickoff
With a clear understanding of your business and objectives, we kick off the content creation process. Our team begins crafting engaging content designed to resonate with your target audience and accurately reflect your brand identity.

Ongoing Collaboration and Feedback
Throughout the content creation phase, we prioritize open communication and collaboration. We encourage you to provide feedback, suggest revisions, and share any additional insights or preferences you may have. Transition to the New Month
As the initial content creation phase progresses, we prepare for the transition to the new month. This involves finalizing and scheduling content for the upcoming period, as well as refining our strategies based on performance metrics and feedback gathered during the previous month.

Collaborative wireframing and design
Once you have signed your project proposal, we onboard you and then we begin a collaborative planning process. In this process we lay out the entire site in a Google doc with you, including all content and technical spec. If you have opted for a mock up, it will happen in this phase. When this process is complete, you sign off the content and design mock up.

Build
Building all the pieces
After the planning phase is complete, we begin to build your new website according to the project spec. This is where the magic happens and all the pieces come together.

Review
Evaluate, check and sign off
When we have finished development, we begin a review process. This is an opportunity for you to confirm that all project goals have been met and suggest any final tweaks. Once the review process is complete, your website gets signed off.

Launch
Go LIVE 🚀
Once your website is signed off, we launch your site from the sandbox environment into a LIVE environment. You are now ready to start driving traffic to your site.

Land
Settle in to your new website
After launch, we always allow 5 business days for you to settle in to your new website and ask any remaining questions you may have.
